Once again discovery refuse to cover THEIR OWN REQUIREMENTS!!!!

Once again Discovery are refusing to pay for mandatory tests they require.

to get onto the kidney transplant list you are required BY DISCOVERY to go through a kidney work up. Discovery offer a PMB (Prescribed Minimum Benefit) which is meant to cover the tests they require. As part of the work (which Discovery are meant to cover) you need dental clearance to get approved on the transplant list. Now Discovery are refusing to pay for my dental clearance they required in the first place. so now i (a customer) have to pay for Discovery's requirements? And to even attempt to get Discovery to do what they meant to (PAY FOR THEIR REQUIREMENTS) you, the customer have to do all the wor****

I Dont know why Discovery even hire staff. They dont do anything, customers have to do all the work and still fork out obscene amounts of money for their medical aid. its absolutely putrid what discovery do to their PAYING customers. This is completely unprofessional and totally disgusting.
