Upon relocating from KZN to Gauteng, I decided to temporarily cancel my medical aid with Discovery. After many phone calls and my repeatedly confirming if they're sure I don't have to pay anything, they assured me (on a recorded call) that I didn't have to pay a cent. <br> <br> After rejoining my membership with Discovery, I was told I have to pay an amount of R3000!!!<br> <br> I have a reference number for a RECORDED call where a Discovery agent told me I DON'T NEED TO PAY A CENT!!!<br> <br> If Discovery made an error, I should not be made to pay ****erally and figuratively)!
