On going complaint

Still trying to ponder my response from Discovery.

You pay for the month you have used. Ok so I joined Discovery Medical Aid - I only pay at the end of the month. I don't think they would allow that. So you can use what ever you like and only pay at the end of the month. That is what I was told. Discovery would never allow this. You pay on the 01st of the month and then you have access. Is there somebody who can assist me.

Still awaiting response from FNB about where my Monday is. I know need to pay double payments of R1652 + R1652.

In the interim I could be dying and nobody cares, but they called a Medical Aid. It is so sad.
