On concern for their members.

Due to a job change I had to change my medical aid. In October my wife started experiencing pain in her back and leg. We first though it was because of her other medical problems. It turns out that she urgently requires a back operation (fusion) but I am on a 3 months waiting period even although I have been on a medical aid for 35 years without a break. Now I have to wait out the 3 months till January 2020. My wife is in agony and I wish they can be there to see what she is going through. I don't see what difference 20 days will make, because come January they are going to pay in any case. Every time she cries out with pain I am going to hate them even more.
