ombudsman Here I Come

My dear discovery health you are suppose to be a private institution however you seem to be going about business as if it is a government product every consultant that iv been speaking to for the pass 2-3 weeks has been logging queries and promising you will get back to me.. What *******!!! I app**** with you guys because I wanted to change my medical aid your sales person didn't even ask me for my medical aid certificate from my old medical aid p.s iv had medical aid for the past 23 years hence my age. So when I queried this 3 months waiting period I was given the run around I was calm the entire time but now iv lost my patience. My application has been sent to review so see if they can drop the waiting period 48 hours waiting time I was told its almost 3 weeks.. I will be going to the ombudsman on tuesday if this matter is not sorted out<br> Regards highly irritated
