'Of course we never do what our clients ask us....how could we make money like that?'

I went to my diabetic doctor months ago and had to pay in full afterwards. I submitted a claim to you asking you to pay the doctor direct (noting that specifically on the invoice). Of course you didn't (do Discovery ever do anything as they should?) and paid me instead. So I got a call from a Mr Martin Badenhorst this morning (the debt collector for my doctor). He did everything but threaten my life, mostly trying to get me to take my own life (why?). All because Discovery could not make a payment correctly. Now I have probably lost the only good diabetic doctor I have found in the last 30 years. How do you plan to sort this mess out?
