**** OF A MEDICAL AID!!! TAKING OUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY SERVICE

I've called numerous times to no assistance. I have been getting rejected whilsts trying to get medication for my child. prescribed and over the counter however according to the brochure I should have R790 OTC and R1700 prescribed medicine however I end up fitting the bill. I've called numerous times without any help. One of the agents was daft enough to tell me the smart classic has no medication package even thoiugh its plainly written on the benefits brochure, I've asked for the exclusion list and still it hasn't been sent instead they send me the brochure that shows no exclusions. However there's no reason the medical aid shouldn't be paying for nasal spray or medicine prescribed by the Dr. It has been a usesless medical aid where we are paying and getting no service
