my daughter dislocated her shoulder, after xrays and a 4 hour visit with major costs to netcare in durban they discharged her and said there was nothing wrong with her shoulder. when we got back home to pretoria i took her to the netcare in montana as she was still in pain the next day and they took more xrays and confirmed the shoulder was dislocated. they put her under and relocated the shoulder. i asked discovery not to pay the first hospital as it all comes out of our savings and they said they have to pay them i must collect from the hospital. <br> i contact the hospital and they say they cant refund to me they can only refund to discover if discovery make the complaint. so now i have paid twice for the same medical service and no on gives a dame. my saving account is just up for grabs to anyone. Discovery does not do anything to protect there clients. Momentum her i come.
