Not unsatisfactory service but SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED BY DISCOVERY HEALTH

Awaiting a refund since 15th January 2026. Made 7 calls (one call was 56 mins) with given promises of refund will be processed in 5 working day's but to no avail. Was also told that a small previous outstanding amount owing of 4 year's ago will be deducted from the refund. Question...what is Prescription,does that not apply after 3 year's?. I'm awaiting a refund of R2027 plus interest.
