Not treating customers fairly, rejected claim that led to a court judgement that is costing me my job

I was admitted at Netcare St Augustine's Hospital on 19 November 2014 for a processed, Discovery Medical aid pre approved the claim and then rejected the claim later on pending a "PMA Report" that was never sent to the treating doctor! 5 years later I discover that the hospital has put a judgement against my name for non payment of the bill that was declined by Discovery Medical aid, furthermore this judgement was only discovered by my new employer when they were doing the ITC check on me. 5 years later I also discovered that they actually sent the PMA Report to the wrong email address and this whole time they were refusing to send the report to me so that I can send it to the DR. Up until today, I haven't received any joy from them they are still coming up with excuses. They do not care that am at the verge of losing my employment since am in the financial services sector! Also I am now listed on ITC with a judgement on my name.....all of that matters not to Discovery! I asked them for a letter that I can at least produce to my new employer stating that they are reviewing the claim...they refused point blank! Which means not only I am listed on ITC for a Judgement I am about to be one of many unemployed SA citizens and I cannot obtain any credit because of this!

1.I want discovery to review the claim asap, 2. Issue a letter to my new employer explaining that the error was on their side hence the claim was not paid. 3. See to it that the judgement flag brought by Netcare St Augustine's Hospital against my name is cleared. 4. Be compensated accordingly for being listed negatively on ITC because of their admin error. 5. If I loose this employment- Discovery will be liable for the loss of income because it is due to their negligence that I was listed negatively at ITC.
