not treated well in parklands for medical assistance by Bulelwa from discovey

I arrived at the hospital yrsterday with a severe headache and feeling dizzy and I'm also epileptic, I have been having episodes 3times in a week. For about a week or two i havent been sleeping at even though im taking heavy medication from a pyschiatrist from garden city. The doctor in the ER accessed me and I told her that usual when I feel this pain and start by being dizzy, I normally get fits. 15 min later Bulelwa from Discovery came in and introduced herself and said she's a case manàger. Her 1st question was why are u here? I said I'm sick and she said how long have u been sick. I asked what she meant cos I've been epileptic for years and the sleeping problem, headaches and back chest pains are resent about a week or two. She asked my didn't I go back to my doctor, I told that I did call the psychiatrist and I said I should increase the dosage . she said I should have gone back to the doctor I explained that I live in tsakane the reason why I was admitted there that's because thats a nearest hospital to my work place and I have a long episode at work. She said she understands but I should go back there. I said to here do u understand that when u r having uncontrolled seizures u can't drive, u are a danger to urself and others. She stood there with her attitude and said Ill approve u for headaches and that's only 24hours. I wondered if she's serious? What about chest pains, not being able to sleep? I looked at here and my heart was full with hatread. I unfortunately had another apisode in the ER. She came today to interrogate again in the ward! What a heartless person, so arrogant and a bully! How does a trusted company like discovery employ such people to be their face? I be been in hospitals using discovery but I've never came such an insult in my life. She even takes initiative of diagnosing u with time frame. I'm gonna warn ppl about discovery and so called employees. Come year end I'll take my membership elsewhere, where I'll be treated like a person who pays about R4000 a month, not some prisoner to be interrogated. I'm ****ed and enough of being taken like a trash by insurances.
