Not the Discovery I knew back in the day

I left my former employer end of July and someone called me wanting me to continue on my own and explained it was not possible. Long story short, was told that someone was to call me and finalise the MSA balance refund and whatnot, needless to say that I am yet to get a call let alone any refund thus far.
