NOT SYMPATHETIC AT ALL!

As we all know you are only allowed to upgrade your Discovery Health Plan in December.

I found out in January that I am pregnant and as I browse through the available Delta Network Hospitals I couldn't find 1 that was close to me.

I logged this with Discovery who had me running up and down to gather info for a week. The only answer I got from them was NO!

They can't seem to understand that I do not want to rush to my nearest hospital if something is going wrong, but that I would rather have my bed booked at the nearest hospital.

They do not consider that I have to drive myself to the gynecologist who has to be at one of those hospital once a month and when I am almost due every week... There is also a good chance that I will have to drive myself to Hospital when I am going into labour as my husband works in JHB everyday.

It is very stressful to be pregnant....it is unnecessary to load more stress onto that...
