not so ' Smart Plan'!!

The new 'Smart Plan' works with the Discovery app. And accourding to Discovery allow you to find a dr. on the 'network'. Guess what, the app does not work or there is not a network or GPs in the whole Johannesburg area? When I phoned the call centre, Charl told me that he will send me a list of GPs in Randburg. He did. I got a list of 30 or so GPs in the Eastern Cape. the last week I had to pay more than 7k for medical treatment and medicine, after making this 'smart choice'. The information about this plan is misleading and it seems more like a money making scheme than a medical scheme. I will find a medical aid where people actually care about the wellbeing of the clients!
