Not so good as it seems to be

I was told my as soon as my son is born and needed hospitalization he will be covered immediately, my so had jaundice and so I called and I was told that hospitalization was for emergency right after birth so i must register him on online I registered him online on the 17th I was told it will take 5 working days for him to be registered I called in yesterday I gave the lady my reference number she said it's not done I must check after 4hours so I did still not registered I checked again today still not registered , I'm not getting any calls regarding this I dont know if maybe there's an error there's no 1 updating me and here I am thinking discovery is the best but I'm lying to myself
