Not refunding me

So have been waiting a week for Discovery Health to refund me after a simple task of modifying my membership became a huge nightmare. Nobody called which meant that I had to constantly follow up. Calls to me and they leave messages where I cant hear a dam thing. I hope my refund is earning interest???
