Not providing what is asked for

Please can you assist me, Discovery Client Services keep on sending me (repeatedly) the same certificate of membership for 2002 on, but this is not what I requested. Until recently (2016.01.31) I was a member of Discovery Health. I have been trying to obtain from Discovery, complete and correct Certificate(s) of membership. At the moment I am in receipt of 2 Certificates of membership from Discovery 1) 2002/01/01 - 2016/01/31 and 2) 1998/04/01 - 1999/06/30. Please can Discovery send me my Certificate of membership for the period that falls between the periods noted above, that is: 1999/06/01 to 2002/01/01 - (give or take 1 month either way). In 1999 I resigned from my job at Gibb and went back to work for Hawkins Hawkins & Osborn. Hawkins Hawkins & Osborn were with Discovery and I remained on Discovery. In fact I was even with Discovery Health for the period before 1998, but I'm not concerned about this, all that I would like is the \missing\" Certificate of membership for the period 1999/06/01 to 2002/01/01 - please can you assist. <br> My name is Peter Doran & my last membership number was ***, which would not be the membership number for the period in question.
