NOT PAYING VITAL PATHOLOGIST ACCOUNT

On 26/10/2015 at 19:00 at night I was rushed to the Springs Parkland Hospital by my husband as it felt like I was having a heart attack. I have a medical aid for this purpose, so the doctor does all the necesary tests like an eeg, bp and requests blood pathologists Vermaak and Venote to take a blood sample in case he missed anything, blood comes back, he tells me I am very stressed must have been a panic attack but notices that I have blood clots as he did a D-Dimer blood test which they do as part of a heart stress test on all possible heart attack patients. Yet my wonderful medical aid does not want to pay for a crucial test done while I was lying in casualty. Why not? A I or my membership not important enough? I know the rules and regulations of my Keycare Plan very well. This was part of a very important test to see if I did not have a heart attack or at risk of having one. What is the issue? I want it paid end of story.
