*******... Not paying hospital claim for a stroke hospital admission. 15 year client no previous claims

Good day all,

Please treat below as urgent as I am getting handover letters from some service provider and I am really unhappy with the POOR way I am being treated by discovery.

I have been on your medical aid since I was a child and since I was 18 I had my own medical aid with you it's been 15 years of payments and after this years increases you get paid around R10 000 a month. I have never been admitted to hospital before and you cannot pay a +-R80 000 hospital claim for a stroke I had when this amounts to 8 months premium!

This is really the worst service I have ever seen from a insurer. Not any other insurer has ever treated me this way and the worst part is you are my MEDICAL INSURER, they don't get close to 15% of what you get paid for medical insurance and render way better service. This is really unbelievable almost 3 month and nothing has been resolved except that I might getting black listed because of YOU!

I will not pay for any of these bills as you have received over a million rand if taken in today's value and can't pay this claim.

Please get this resolved ASAP!!!!!
