Not paying for 3 tooth fillings only paid one out
I went to the dentist had to do 3 fillings on my teeth now discovery told me that they only pay for one per day so what they say is that i must go on three separate day and do one per day and then they will pay it this is just a joke its gonna cost more then because then it is three consultations this is really a joke no where in my policy it say i must do one tooth per day

As discussed, based on your chosen plan type, you are covered for consultations, fillings and tooth removals at a dentist in the appropriate network. Dentistry is managed by The Dental Risk Company (DRC) which administers the dental risk management through appropriate clinical review and advising when a dentist should authorise or motivate for procedures, depending on the frequency requested per visit.
Dentists in the network need to obtain the relevant approval from DRC before carrying out any treatment to our members. This is to ensure that the benefits covered on your plan type is covered accordingly. Also, this process keeps our members informed in terms of what they may be covered for dentistry.
We are currently in discussion with your dentist and the DRC to establish whether the correct protocols where followed regarding your treatment. We will be in touch soon with feedback on your claim funding.
