not paying claims on time
Hi
I've submitted 2 claims, twice now, and it's over 15 days and i have not been paid back or even received feedback.

please help... why are these not paid

Thank you for the professional response back. I was also explained the delay (PMB takes longer to claim than non-PMB). But all is sorted out with agility. And was in process. I got worried than it was past 10 days and TAT was 2-3 days. Also was concerned as had my next appointment in a week and was worried I wouldn't be paid out ever and have cash constraints.
Big thank you for the help and re-setting my expectation :)
