Personal health pathways is a joke. You spend money to complete actions only for them to not reward you. Endless wasted time chatting to call centre as no email address for complaints. Told to do 1. visit dentist 2. do mental wellbeing assessment 3. nominate primary gp. All 3 done. Balance still R0 even though showing as completed. Tickets logged with zero response. What a waste of time and money. Wont be falling for this again,
