Not just another "Disco Bot"!!!!

I am blown away by the service that I received from Prashina in the admin department.

She is a shining example of how one should interact and assist a member! I was absolutely gobsmacked by the way Prashina managed our call. It has been a very very long time that I have had such pleasure and a sense of trust when dealing with a DHMS representative.

DHMS I strongly suggest that you ask Prashina to train her fellow co-workers on how to provide the correct level of customer care to members!!!!
