Not interested in assisting clients at all

I am highly disgusted with the service I have received from Discovery.<br> I have joined them mid last year, after which I discovered that I was pregnant, they had me go for tests to deliberate if they were to cover the pregnancy, which they did as I fell pregnant after joining. <br> After my delivery I was to be on maternity leave with NO pay, I had sent them my doctors slips as it was their arrangement to reimburse cash paying client, I am still waiting for my reimbur*****t which was just over R2000.<br> In this time of my struggle to contact them for the outstanding moneys, I received a message from them stating that my Medical Aid had been suspended. I have been battling to make contact with them to come to a conclusion on this matter, when I have gotten through to someone they just transfer me from one department to the next. Since then I have sent them an email to cancel my membership as yet i have received no reply what so ever. I have not received any payment due to this nor has it been deducted off my payments, no effort has been even attempted from their side. <br> If this is how they threat their clients I'm surprised they are still in business.
