Not impressed by Discovery

Discovery is an overrated service provider whom might I add, Customer Service sucks. I submitted a claim on the 15th of March and they're meant to do a payout on the 15th of April. According to the app the payment has been made and I've yet to receive the funds. I dealt with useless consultants who still haven't bothered to contact me regarding the matter or payment. All I was told was an inquiry was opened as I was on a monthly payment claim, even if that was the case, it's past a month now, what exactly are you stalling for?Had I been a healthcare provider then then the payment would have been done timeously, but because I'm the account holder I get dealt with unprofessionally. Will definitely looking to Momentum soon. Discovery is quick to take your money but can't deliver, think twice about joining them and sticking around. Should you need them, they fail on delivery and service.
