Not impressed

I was given wrong Information on email and the information was confirmed on the phone as wel ref ********** 235, i have asked the customer services to assist me but nothing was done. My query escalated to some incidents department where a lady by the name of Maryn promised to listed to the recording and get back to me but nothing happened even now Ref no where she told me she will call me back is ********** 872. Im not impressed with such a professional company to hire less informed people.
