Not Hospital Admission Friendly
Eas referred by Dr to hospital. Admission took over an hour as Discovery had to be presented with the detailed Dr medical results to "assess" if sick enough. Cannot get hold of a person to speak to. Bot and IVR goes in circles. Ironically 1st option on IVR is to pay them.....
