Not helpful at all - wasted my money

I'm an international student at Wits University. I paid my full membership fee but have no medical certificate to register. All the other medical aid people are here on campus to assist students and make sure they get a medical aid certificate in 5 minutes. I have used used over R100 buying airtime and calling but all I get is a please can I tranfer you to the right person. I feel ****** of my thousands of contribution money and airtime. I won't make the mistake of joining you guys ever again.
