Not happy with Discovery health

My son had an emergency medical condition, which lead to him being admitted to the hospital, surprisingly the medical aid only paid the doctor who dealt with my son`s case and for the other expenses pertaining the same case they are refusing to own up and pay, whilst using the waiting period excuse even when this is a PMB. I always regarded Discovery to be a very professional and scrupulous organization, now I do not think so.
