Not happy with answers receieved

<p>i done a review regarding my service i received from discovery at the end of january, i am writing another review today based on my claim that i submitted & what i have received back. last week i emailed all documents to discovery claims for a refund to me, i received a refund of 1158.93 from discovery while i paid cash of r670, r692& r1203.00. i called today to ask why i only got back what i did the consultant could not answer me. please get consultants to answer our questions it is really frustrating not knowing what is happening, the medical aid paid the hos[ital & i paid the hospital cash. can i get some assitance please.</p>
