Not happy
No communication after I made an arrangement for outstanding amount to be paid back in installments. My credit records got a default added to it. I made my first installment on the 09.09.2019 Just received an sms from debt collectors to say that I am handed over. I made an arrangement and paid 1st installment. Need to get this resolved urgently.
