not happy about discovery medical aid!!

<p>this is what happed to us - Spoke to someone last year via the call center before my husband resigned from previous employer, I wanted to know how much can we still use in our funds , we were told that we still have funds,</p> <p>We used -+3k that was on the 17 June 2016 , then we called we were told that we have R230 left in our account that will be deposited in my husband's account, ( we do have a letter from discovery for this)</p> <p>My Husband resigned on the 30 June 2016 a recent letter stating that Discovery owes us R230 was received in October 2016</p> <p>Later last year (after October 2016 ) we received a letter stating that we owe an amount of 6k plus which we did not understand what was it for... I called the call center only to be told they are no records of me calling but they can see the R230 that I am speaking about and it was a mistake we should pay the 6k</p> <p>We feel this is unfair , had we been told that we cant use the funds due to ABC we would have not changed our glasses on the 17th of June , we called specifically for this..</p> <p>Discovery needs to aasist us regarding :(</p>
