Not great service at all!
My medical aid (Malcor) is administered by discovery. I have a claim waiting for approval since 25 June 2025 this first time I called to query. I now have 5 reference numbers relating to the same claim, that's just not being solved. The required updates (required by medical aid) have been made, but still this is not being solved. Ref numbers: *** - 25 June 2025 *** *** - 30 July 2025 *** - 29 Aug 2025 *** - 18 Sep 2025
Please can this be sorted out, its bee almost 3 months now of me phoning.
