Not good enough Discovery

Whenever I need to get an authorisation there is always something that Discovery will require just so that you end up paying for the bill yourself. I have been with them for almost 20 years and my goodness I long for a medical aid that takes yourside. It is not like I go out of my way to have a procedure just for the fun of it.
