Not getting responses from Discovery

A month ago, I posted below review.

My claim for gynecologist visit on 11 Jan was paid out of my savings account instead of maternity benefit. On the day I went to see the doctor, I reported to Discovery that my app still has me on Keycare Plus. I therefore couldn't activate my pregnancy on the app. call Ref: ********** 146 Later I found out 11 Jan gynecologist fee was paid out of my savings. This is not fair to me, I was not able to activate the benefit due to your system failure. I have called the scheme numerous times and requested the account to be adjusted. No one has contact me back, the issue was still unresolved. there are a few of my references ********** 621 ; ********** 646; ********** 8286 ; ********** 187

A Lady called Micaela phoned me a few days later and mentioned the matter has been handled. Till this day, the amount still hasn't been refunded to my medical savings account. No one has phoned or emailed to explain why.

If I log into my medical savings account, I can see lots of amendments has been made and then reversed.
