Not even a thousand words can describe the atrocious service received.

One month since my last complaint. I had been assured that i would be reimbursed within a week. Once again i had to call in and be put through from Peter and Paul and just damn eventually hung up. The manner in which a complaint is handled is appalling and no follow up to ensure that the reputation is retained!!!!
