We are at discovery health for about 27 years Daughter were admitted with endometriosis at a serious level on the 20/7/2026 to kloof hospital got approval she were admitted in hospital the told me the Doctors and hospital is a procured service provider no problem don't have to pay anything while she were in hospital the medical fund withdrew the admission approval after hospital case manager talk to them about codes that the public doesn't have a clue what the code s means they approve it again after she were send home we got a surprise they only cover 80% the rest we had to pay out of our pocket with numerous calls to discovery health and sending reports of the doctor and explanations from me the send me a reason of PMB,s some unexplained codes this happened discovery health will always get a way out not to pay when we started of with discovery we never had problems
