Not covering Newborn

I had an emergency C-section done on the 22 of June 2021 . Discovery then send me the new baby application form like a week ago I called them to inform them that I'm still waiting for the babies birth certificate .The agent them advised that I should just fill the form in and send it they will add the baby and I can just send the Birth Certificate later on .Later that week I called to ask if baby will be covered of I take her to the Peadiatrician I'm told no cause she has not been added to the medical aid I explained that I'm waiting for the birth certificate and the agent said they can't add her without the birth certificate. guys this is a new born baby not even a month old .Must she now suffer due to us awaiting a birth certificate ?That is not fair and further more one agent says this the other says that.The bottom line is I need my baby covered
