Not caring for life

I am unhappy with service provided to us. They rejected an ambulance claim, that transported my wife to hospital citing that it was not a life threatening emergency. Surely other people's life do not matter. Being a member of a medical aid we always advise to call the ambulance should an emergency arise, which we did only to be told after a claim was submitted to them that it was not life threatening emergency.

Not sure what emergency qualify to be considered a life threatening, maybe they would have been happy had anything happened to my wife. I regard this as all they care about is our subscription we pay not our lives. I would therefore wouldn't suggest or recommend to anyone.
