Not Bad Service just No Service

I have been getting my chronic medication delivered via Discovery MedXpress to my offices for a number of years, never had an issue, since they have changed over to Dischem doing the delivery I continually have issues, I placed my order for a refill within five minutes of receiving the sms notification that it was due, I got all the right responses including that my medicine would be delivered yesterday, that did not happen, I have used my last tablets and will now have none for the weekend. The delivery service called this morning admonishing me that no one was at home yesterday to take delivery, really, my offices were open from 07:00 and I personally locked up around 17:15 and yet the driver sates no one was at home, perhaps he needs to go to the correct address or maybe just do his job properly. What absolute fantastic service.
