Not allowing to upgrade medical aid scheme

Very disappointed in there service.as per there process it say you can upgrade to higher plan drop october to e effective as from January 2026 but the call center agent advice I can only upgrade in January 2026 if I want a higher plan.this is very contradicting.if it's not being resolved within two weeks I'm changing medial aid scheme
