NOT allowed to upgrade plan
I have been trying since March 2021 to Upgrade or change our Plan with no help or assistance from any agent or Customer service. I was told we can only upgrade in July 2021 NOW I was told by my agent WHO Knew we have to upgrade that we should have upgraded before 1 July2021 - What the hell???? We were directed by an Discovery agent to the wrong plan, it doesn't even cover our Chronical medicine - PLEASE HELP!!!
