Not all service providers suck :)

My name is Priscilla Du Toit (using a friend's account to leave this compliment). I had such a horrible experience at Unitas hospital when my daughter was admitted. I was forced to pay close to R8000 before the hospital provided my child with medical treatment. BUT that is besides the point. Thanks to Enrico (Pre auth) and Nomfundo Hlohpe (CCC) I was given advice on how my cover works and was advised that the hospital did not comply to the agreement made with Discovery and my cover option. I spoke to Nomfundo this morning and within 30 minutes my case / query was logged with Preauth and the hospital was instructed to refund the money back to me. THIS IS AWESOME! We are so used to poor service in our country but Enrico and Nomfundo reminded me that EXCELLENT service is still alive and well. Thank you guys for treating me like a human and making sure I feel valued and cared for. VERY HAPPY! Thank you
