Not adhere to promises
It's always nice when money gets deducted from your account but the day when you want it back its always stories. I have cancelled my medical aid in February 2015 and to date I'm still waiting for them to pay me back. I have been promised that the refund will be paid out on the 13th of July and to day is the 14th and no payment or any explaination given. Had it be me not paying as promised, I would have not been covered or my claims would have not being paid.<br> <br> Please pay back them money.
