NOT ABIDING BY CONSENT TO SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR SALES

I took out a New medical aid plan with Discovery yesterday 18/08/2026. One of the questions asked and recorded when taking out the medical aid plan was "Do you consent to Discovery and/or their partners reaching out to you for other products" I specifically said NO! it has not even been 24 hours and I have already received 3 Spam calls to sell different products to me. WHAT DO YOU GUYS NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS NOT GIVING CONSENT TO SHARE THEIR INFORMATION???????
