Not a Leading Medical Aid Business Attitude!

I am seriously disappointed in Discovery and how they have mismanaged my documents and policies. I don’t know if their agents don’t know their product and their procedures correctly, but after 2 months of trying to get my medical aid resolved I now find out they have lost track of documents I submitted and now my medical aid is at risk of being cancelled AGAIN because of an error they have made, but the client bears the consequence.
