not a compliment or complaint

i would like to know where can i get the full benefits that discovery does pay and does not pay.i have been on the key care plus plan for a few months and have not claimed anything so far.reading about discovery on hello peter i just wanna make sure that i know what i can claim for and what i cant so i know up front.i dont want to be told if something happens that no we dont or they dont.please can some help me find this info in detail.
