Nonexistent Medical Aid Services when you need them most

they are the worst Medical Aid Company to be part of. I need to go for the eyecheck as I had my glassess changed in 2017. Because I have exhausted my medical savings, I was now told I have to pay cash for the service. If I had saved all the money deducted on my salary monthly for medical Aid I would have afforded all the sevices that they basically pay on my medical savings.
