None payments by Discovery Medical Aid

On the 8th February 2021 I emailed Discovery Claim Department "I have some queries regarding non payments to my supplier Coloplast , which are authorized to supply, on a monthly basis, items as agreed under the Prescribed Minimum Benefits, letter dated 27th May 2020 from Dr Dhash Padayachee." to which I have had various acknowledgments but still no resolution
