None existent medical AID assistance

I have been making inquiries about a plan I had with Discovery, a simple inquiry and No assistance no contact no anything, just system generated emails telling me not to reply to them.

It's truly a shame that Discovery Does this and we have medical aids with them yet thy are contribution to the stress that might need professional assistance.
